Delete my account and data

You can request permanent deletion of your Mystra account and associated data. Fill in the form below: we process requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile and birth information
  • Your conversations with the guides and your history
  • Your daily check-ins (mood, energy, stress)
  • Usage data tied to your account

Some information may be retained where required by law (for example, billing records for purchases).

Your request

If you linked a Google or Apple account, enter that email.
You can find your ID in the app, Settings → About.

From the app

You can also delete your account directly in Mystra: Settings → Privacy → Delete my account.
