Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 14, 2026
This policy explains what data Mystra collects, why, who it is shared with, and how to exercise your rights. By using Mystra, you agree to the practices described below.
Data we collect
The profile you provide (first name, gender, relationship status, occupation, goals), birth information (date, time and city) to compute your astrological profile, your mood/energy/stress if you use the daily check-in, the content of your conversations with the guides, your purchase history, and usage data and technical identifiers (in-app events, device type).
Why we use it
To create and personalize your experience (messages, energies, card of the day, birth chart, conversations with the guides), manage your account and subscriptions, improve the app, and keep it secure.
Account creation
On first launch, an anonymous account is created automatically, with no email or password. You can later link a Google or Apple account to back up and sync your data.
Sharing with third parties
We rely on providers that process data on our behalf: hosting and database (Supabase), subscription and purchase management (RevenueCat, Apple, Google), and analytics (PostHog). We never sell your data.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. If you request deletion, it is erased within 30 days, unless the law requires us to retain it (e.g. billing records).
Security
Your data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and access is restricted. No system is foolproof, but we apply reasonable measures to protect it.
Your rights
You can access your data, correct it, or request its deletion. For deletion, use the dedicated page on this site or the app. For any other request, contact us.
Minimum age
Mystra is intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes
We may update this policy. Any significant change will be flagged in the app or on this site.
